B2B Virtual Sales Account Manager – Get ready to Transform Your Career!
We are looking for Virtual Sales Account Managers to join our telecommunications campaign to maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by driving New Business and Cross-Selling as well as reduce churn and achieve a 90% in contract portfolio. This role will exercise your abilities in both as a Hunter and a Farmer within the Telecommunication space. You should work to satisfy customer needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver an overall positive customer experience. Achievement of Sales targets, and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPI’s
- Cold calling:
- Ability to acquire new clients
- Ability to up-sell and cross–sell
- Strong focus on acquisitions
- Ability to source and convert own leads
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Ability to contact customer base monthly
- Prospect and build new client pipelines
- Ability to retain out-of-contract and renewable customers
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Responsible for developing relationships with the assigned customer base and new clients
- Create ongoing rapport with business clients
- Maintain and grow existing client base
- Conduct customer account analysis
- Maintain, build and service relationships on a regular basis
- Query Management:
- Identify, address and resolve concerns / queries
- Provide feedback to customers within 2-24hrs
- Follow SDT process created for mid to complex query resolution
- Reporting:
- Provide accurate forecasting daily on Sales Force
- Verify sales report daily
- Maintain and keep accurate records on opportunities on Sales Force and Excel
- Maintain and keep accurate records on Commits weekly
- Up-to-date reporting on marketing leads provided
- Reports to be submitted within the timeframes required
- Processes and Procedures:
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
- Ensure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved manner
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric/Senior Certificate
- 2 years solid B2B salesexperience marketing mobile and data solutions to businesses (B2B) coupled with prior account management experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional presentation abilities
- Full understanding of large/corporate client and sales principles
- Experience within the ICT Industry will be an added advantage
- Clear criminal record
