PURPOSE OF POSITION | To maximize conversion from leads provided via Outbound Calls, by identifying customer needs and promoting the brand and products. |
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
| Make outbound calls to customers to interact with them, identify needs and promote the product/service. Time Management. Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament. Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved. Maintaining and improving quality and compliance by adhering to the standards and guidelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS | Matric – certificate must be presented for validation Minimum 1 Year outbound sales experience, of which 6 months should be consecutive selling of STI Clear credit and Criminal Record RE5 and FAIS preferred/Clear Dofa Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets |
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES | Strong understanding of short-term insurance products Knowledge of FAIS, TCF, and compliance requirements Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Persuasive negotiation and objection-handling skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Resilient and self-motivated Professional and well-spoken telephone etiquette |
