Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote mobile and data solutions.

What You Need:

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in outbound telesales in a call centre environment.
  • Solid understanding of mobile and data solutions.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Own mobile phone for work-related communication.
