We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B VSAM Team Leader to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers within a dynamic telecommunications sales environment.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who can manage day-to-day operations while driving sales performance, team productivity, and revenue growth.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of B2B Account Managers to achieve and exceed targets
Drive overall team performance, activations, and revenue growth
Monitor daily productivity, attendance, and operational standards
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development
Manage client escalations and ensure efficient resolution
Enforce discipline, manage absenteeism, and maintain team engagement
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion and performance
Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics
Facilitate team meetings, calibrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate reporting and administrative records
Manage disciplinary processes in line with company policies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and sales effectiveness
✅ Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
12–18 months’ experience as a Team Leader in a B2B sales/call centre environment
Proven track record of driving sales performance (telecommunications experience preferred)
Strong understanding of B2B sales and client engagement
Experience in coaching, performance management, and handling escalations
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
