• Capturing Data: Inputting data from various sources (e.g., forms, documents, online sources) into the required format (e.g., databases, spreadsheets). 
• Data Verification: Comparing entered data with source documents to identify and correct errors. 
• Data Updates: Ensuring data is up-to-date by making necessary changes and additions. 
• Data Validation: Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data. 
• Error Detection: Identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies in the data. 
• Data Cleaning: Identifying and addressing missing data, inconsistencies, and errors. 
• Data Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data throughout the system. 

Candidate requirements:

• Grade 12 pass is essential
• Minimum of 1 year data capturing experience
• Experience and understanding in Microsoft excel, Word and Office
• Ability to type a minimum of 26 Words per minute
• Attention to detail and excellent accuracy skills
